Welcome to JLS Media Services

Everybody loves a good story. In my 30-year newspaper career I've had the opportunity to tell thousands of stories.
It was a writing career filled with murders and mayhem, but also a fair number of features on veterans, students and brave survivors.

There were interviews in homes, at crime scenes and even an interview done during the flight of a B-24 Mitchell bomber as it cruised over Flint, Michigan.

In addition to the crime stories, my portfolio includes stories on sports, business, education and medicine. So if you are looking for someone to tell your story or your business's story, you've come to the right place.

Well it's November and you posted this last March. What can I say -- I'm the son of an Army Air Corp veteran and Dad is a stickler for getting WWII info correctly written.

The B-24 was built by Consolidated and was known as the Liberator. Four engine, heavy bomber.

The B-25 was built by North American and was known as The Mitchell bomber. Two engine, medium bomber.

Got to your site via Gordon Young's ExPats site. Yes, the dailys appear to be going down, victims, in my opinion, of a population so dumbed-down that they can't or won't read anymore.

I'm the son of a World War II Army Air Corps veteran also and he would likely skin me alive if he had read that.

He currently is a docent at the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum at Dulles Airport.

Thanks for the correction, and please don't tell my father.
